Jethro Compton

Jethro Compton (born 14 July 1988, Bude, Cornwall) is a British theatre practitioner and commercial producer. He is the producer and one of the four artistic directors of theatre collective Belt Up Theatre.^[1]

He was educated at the University of York between 2006 and 2009 in English Literature.

In 2010, he received a bursary from Stage One, an organisation that 'aims to facilitate and encourage the development of the next generation of commercial theatre producers'.^[2]

In 2011 he became an Artistic Associate of Southwark Playhouse, London ^[3]
